Cut-fill and backfill in engineered 150 mm layers compacted to 95% AASHTO under the Engineer's verification. Borrow-fill sourcing, haulage and placement with a 25-dumper fleet; clearing, grubbing and debris disposal. Delivered at cluster scale — our PKR 1.03 billion Earthwork contract at Eighteen and the PKR 1.7 billion Kohistan Green package.
Complete sewerage and storm-water pipelines with house connections and manhole completion; potable water and irrigation networks with fittings and appurtenances. Pressure testing, flushing and disinfection; buried valves, fire-hydrant parts and 24″ precast concrete pipe installation.
11 kV duct banks; HT/LT cable laying, jointing and testing; transformers, LBS and earthing; street lighting with pole foundations. Gas mains and plot tie-ins with pressure & leak testing; telecom conduits and manholes — to IESCO, SNGPL/OGRA and PTCL/PTA requirements.
Retaining and counterfort walls with staged, RD-referenced pours; box culverts and outfalls with waterstops; stone masonry walls, pitching and pointing; boulder walls for lake-edge stability. Concrete placed by 35 m boom pump, crane & bucket — day and night.
Service and access roads to sub-base and base course at specified camber and levels; kerb-stone supply and installation with concrete haunching. Motor graders, water bowsers and 25-ton rollers deployed as dedicated road trains per corridor.
Lake construction and decanting structures; spillways and boulder-wall protection; lake cleaning, de-slushing and dewatering campaigns; open drains and outfalls tying surface drainage into the storm network.
Sweet-earth supply and placement, grading and planting support; golf-course preparatory works; container relocation for international consultants; aggregate base platforms; manual excavation where machine access is constrained.
Our own 1 m³ computerised batching plant, five 10 m³ transit mixers and a 35 m boom pump. Approved mix designs; cube casting, curing and crush testing for every pour; night-pour capability with full lighting.
Primavera P6 Level-4 programmes, method statements and cash-flow S-curves approved before work starts.
Own fleet on site in days — no hire-market delay. Site camp, batching and QA lab established.
