A qualified, approved Safety Officer is present on every site, supported by site safety inspectors with authority to issue instructions and stop unsafe work. We comply with Pakistan's HSE laws and our clients' corporate HSE manuals, and we report immediately on any incident.
Dedicated QA/QC Engineer, Material Engineer and lab technicians. Cube casting, curing and crush testing for every pour; density and moisture checks on aggregates.
Pre-pour inspections, slump checks and approvals. No material ordered without the Engineer's approval and satisfactory testing first.
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting; as-built red-line drawings maintained as works proceed and handed over with AutoCAD records.
An Environmental Management Plan governs our sites — pest precautions, dust suppression, and disposal of surplus material only to designated areas. We take the environmental impact of heavy civil work seriously, on every corridor and every lake.
